You're going to have to be more specific.

I get less antutu score on a1 stock 3g vs stock Samsung kernel (app. 4100 on A1 vs 4900 on Samsung). Any idea why that can be? Tablet seems responsive on a1 as well.

My tabled model is gt-p7500 ICS 4.0.4 Stock rom rooted and I use your kernel version 1.8.8. When I enter voodoo sound and setting volume it seem sound boosted, But When I press Volume+ My tablet volume is low seem it restore to normal volume no bass boost no sound boost.

Sorry if I used the wrong terminology.

Oh that problem. Here's what I've found works for me. When I first turn on my tablet (after charging overnight) the first thing I do is play with the volume keys a bit. I just move the sound level up by one and then down by one. Only after doing that, do I use Voodoo sound to change the internal amplifier (sound setting that you use to boost the volume). Lastly, I use my script to apply my equalizer preferences. This is the equivalent of the bass boost feature you're talking about. I personally set mine to treble and bass boost. Voodoo sound has always been a bit of an attitude with this tablet.

I wouldn't take benchmarks too seriously. There's a saying that some XDA members like to say "don't trust any benchmark unless you've faked it yourself". If the tablet runs smoothly for everyday operations for you and it plays your favorite games decently that's good enough. For the longest time my I9300 would easily smoke my GT10.1 but for some weird reason when using AdAway, that little progress circle that plays when updating the hosts file would lag on my I9300 and animate very smoothly on my tablet. I think the CyanogenMod team fixed that at some point since I no longer get that lag anymore. So yeah, benchmarks aren't really that important and are to be used only as a loose relative comparison between devices.

Menus and UI seem less responsive on A1 than on Samsung stock I was supposed to write (left out "less" ). That was the reason why I did the benchmark. Which app would be best to OC A1 CPU and Gpu to finetune? Have used setcpu for CPU OC before. Any other tips for finetuning?

I haven't been on stock since last August but I usually use system tuner for OC. The GPU is automatically OCed and can't be unOCed so there's nothing you can do about that. On CM10.1 everything is smooth using TabletUI on stock 1GHz. For some reason on CM10.1, the new 2 bar UI causes unexplained lag that can't even be corrected with a 1.6GHz OC. However, switching to TabletUI makes the UI buttery smoother even on 800MHz (did that once to save battery).

If anyone else has tricks or tips for stock rom please do tell. I buy my gadgets with CyanogenMod in mind. My I9300 only ran stock rom for half an hour so I forget what gimmicky features Samsung put into the S3. I think there was some kind of Siri thingy?
