UPDATE 12 MARCH 2012​

CriskeloRomNOTE ICS V1 Beta4 ​

This update is incremental (adding few changes)

For those coming from CriskeloRomNOTE ICS V1 Beta3 just flash Beta4 on the the top of it

For those coming from other roms, fresh install Beta3 first ( according to instructions on second post of this thread and without 15 toggles)

Well guys since everyone wants to ICS.

After solving all the problems (I think) with the rom Base,to make it functional on a daily basis, was surprised to see that now it works great.

This is the very first BETA, but so far I have found no errors .
I hope you like it because it cost me a lot of work to be 100% as I wanted.

Note:
To install this rom is absolutely necessary to do a clean install by first installing the base

Flashing Instructions - Coming from Any Rooted ROM​

Download and copy to SD Card (either internal or external) all the necessary files (CF ICS Repack, Criskelo ROM. Optional: 15 Toogles & Google-Apps). Download links are in the first post.

1) ICS Repack is usually packaged within a zip file. Extract it (you should have a .tar file on your sd card). Using MOBILE Odin Flash CF ICS Repack (the tar file). Once the flashing process completes, the note will reboot into recovery, stay there, don't reboot yet.

2) Apply a full wipe: Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and Yes to confirm.
Now select "Wipe Cache" and select Yes.
Go to Advanced > Wipe dalvik cahe > Yes.
Select Back to go back to main menu.

3) Flash CriskeloRomNOTE ICS
Select "Install zip from SD Card" > "Choose zip from SD Card" > Choose the desired file and proceed with installation.

4) Repeat Step 2.

5) Reboot. You should be on latest Criskelo ICS.

OPTIONAL

6) Reboot into CWM recovery (Volume UP + Home + Power) & Flash 15 Toggles.
Reboot

7) Reboot into recovery and flash GAPPS

Bugs / To Do List Criskelo's ICS​

Calendar 4.0.3 missing - Calendar is back on Beta 3 but i dont know if all funcionality is there...the one from Gapps, afaik, is the same ..

Face Unlocker FC - Install GAPPS

Network Location settings missing - SCREENSHOT

Photo Editor missing - causes Gallery to FC when trying to edit selected image for instance

Having Settings->Display->Display Battery Checked does not display battery % - Partially Solved on Beta 3 + 15 Toggles - Will always show battery percentage regardless of the selection of that menu.

S-Memo FC when deleting a saved memo

Wifi stability issues - Some report WIFI taking too long to turn-on, others after toggling WIFI on and off a couple of times can't turn WIFI on unless rebooted ( these is NOT confirmed by many users )

Sometimes Notification sounds get muted (not confirmed as above)

Full charge notification does not show up

Incoming numbers not being recognized, some chinese text is shown instead - me, myself and I cannot reproduce this issue but it happens with some formats in some countries according to various reports

Some users experience SOD issues - Possible solution is to run at 500MHz as minimum frequency. More testing needed. Another possible solution is flashing LB1 GB modem (needs confirmation)
