I also want to say thank you for the great attitude I feel on this thread. That goes a long way. Looking forward to what is going to happen around here.

PLEASE< if anyone sees that link on Ryan Scott you need to click on it. I had no idea about this and I gladly donated. I believe this is part of why we have a community of people here on xda. I am glad when I can donate to a dev and others who work their tails off so that my phone can be the best on the block but I also feel that we need to be there when we can for each other in times like Ryan's. Please donate if you can. It's not easy going through what he is going through.

The problem I think was the jbs apps, I installed regular and its working good. Bippi, how about some girly themes?

help

I've been trying for an hour to install this. I do all the proper wipes and when I flash it, all I get is a bunch of build prop errors. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks!

which GAAPS are you using?
what Kernal are you using?

Exact procedure..... download....go to recovery...wipe data/factory reset...wipe cache..install from zip and select the download.

I am coming from Jedi XP 11

I used TWRP 4.2...No problems at all. I dont use CW anymore.

Wipe Cache x2
Wipe Dalv x2
Factory Wipe x2
Wipe System x2

Installed this sweet ROM.

Installed all my apps (without data)
Rebooted into recovery
Fixed Permissions because I wanted to and always do after installing all my apps.

ROM is great and it should work for you. LOVE THIS ROM !!!

don't forget to wipe you system and your dalvik cache as part of your wipes; flash the GAAPS file in the same session after you flash your rom

don't fix permissions until you have setup the phone, and are happy with how it is running

flashing twrp did the trick! THANK YOU!!!! Now....upon thinking moving the rom to the internal sd would help...i deleted gapps. LMAO

Well. Just flashed... Overall so far so good. So cool to be able to use the miui and theme chooser themes. Choices...so far it seems the miui ones don't theme as much as theme chooser... Most keep the status bar mostly with white icons...still checking them out but any thing that can be themed i like themed.

No issues so far. Would love to see some more customizations like center clock.. the ability to add a fav contact...date.mo. Year... Transparency for status / notifications...maybe lockscreen shortcuts ?? Just to name a few...not complaining...i know this rom is still cooking...

Again. No issues so far but i am on cobalt and my sms bubbles are unlike cobalt. I have bright neon yellow and neon green....using gapps from op..also if i pick dark theme in sms settings nothing happens.

Edit: i read in op that sms was able to be themed then wrote the above..then re read thread...guess you are aware...thanks

Maybe it's just me but it crashes whenever the Google voice search thing comes up...if you guys can please fix it. I love it tho..love the Nokia theme

Has anyone swapped out or done anything to change the neon yellow and green sms?? Does it change to dark theme when you pick it in settings?? Mine does not.

Starting to have minor issue's

Yesterday my camera was Force closing until I rebooted. About two or three other apps wouldent work this morning untill I rebooted. I didn't install anything new. I don't know what it is. Battery life is great !! The ROM is just a little buggy here lately. Crash here and there. I know y'all are just getting started so I will hang around and wait on updates. Still love this ROM.

You shouldn't have to do any of those twice, and not even once on a couple. You should only do Factory Reset and Wipe Dalvik (maybe, but not really necessary). Data isn't a jelly stain on your pants, repeatedly wiping it isn't going to make it any 'better', it follows a set script and once is plenty.

Well coming from the SKYROCKET has me doing that. These Samsungs are funny sometimes. Its always worked for me this way and I've never had any issues. Sometimes wipeing does not wipe completly. I have read that on XDA before. This way is necessary, to me. It worked for our buddy in here. Sweetness........Thanks for your input though. Have a good weekend all !!!! Making my own ROM, started this morning.
