I would have posted this in the development forum but I don't have the required number of posts to do so. I recently flashed CloudyPro on my d801, but found that tethering did not work. It would broadcast the ssid but devices would hang forever trying to connect to it. I edited my build.prop as some posts said to do using 'BuildProp Editor' from the Play Store to include:
When I rebooted, my phone suddenly had a different SSID for the mobile hotspot (it included my name followed by 4 digits I believe). If I turn mobile hotspot on, it appears to be grayed out and quickly switches back to off. The hotspot icon that had been in the notification bar area has disappeared as well.
Any tips?
