[Q] Flashtool upgrade question

I'm looking to upgrade to 4.3 via flashtool. Is it safe to do it without checking wipe data and cache?

    Yeah it is absolutely safe but you should consider a fresh firmware install because nothing is better than a clean install... Hit thanks if I helped
