I don't know. Good question though, I hadn't thought about that. I will have to look into it.

Woah, look at bbqlog... I think emoji will be iphone emoji next nightly? Correct me if I'm wrong. It says, and "correct android emoji back to original emoji set"

is group messaging working for you guys? I get "Unfortunately, messaging has stopped" when I try to send a message.

Edit: I should mention, I'm on vincom's superlite CM10. (4.1.2)

Group messaging from what I know will only work on 4.2 based roms I'm currently on CM 10.1 latest nightly and Group messaging is working perfectly

Edit: Looks like the next nightly should be using the same icons as this

Confirmed. I installed the 2/28 nightly this morning and it has all the emoji included. I'll leave this up just in case anyone wants it for another JB based ROM that doesn't include the emoji. I also have an ICS version posted over in the Atrix 2 forums should anyone need it:

Why not just make a backup of mms.apk, push to /system /app and test it? That's how you find out what does and doesn't work.

As far as I know, it should work. It works on the slim bean I have installed on my captivate. If you test it and find out for sure, let us know and I'll add it to the op.
