Yes, install it and choose Swedish as usually and then use csc changer from Playstore and change the CSC to NEE. But beware that changing CSC wipes the phone. The CSC is not a must, it is Swedish even without that

Is there any reason to think that your ROM would not work on Verizon if we flash the patch that Scott made to go with his version of N7105XXDMA6. Everything on his working Verizon ROM is the same as your build and Kernel numbers, date and time. Here is a link to his stock ROM.

nice Wanam is here now! and n7105 roms support the i317/m also! minus the kernel and modem of course now if only the download link worked lol

Skim read the op didn't see if you want feature requests or not, so I'll get this one in with the ambiguity.
An overlay option in aroma, where anything in a folder called overlay on the root of the external SD is merged with the root system folder after flashing. With this any file can be overwritten or added. So using /extSdcard/overlay/system/app you can overwrite or add any system app, etc.

So all you did was flash the file scott posted for Verizon called vzw-MA6.zip?
You just left the kernel that came with this rom? Also did you try the 23 toggle mod?

The device status shows as normal however in download mode it shows as custom binary and count.
I was thinking that once it is rooted the phone will be modified.

Thanks for the wonderful ROM!
One issue I found is that in call logs, all the entries are displayed with raw numbers instead of their corresponding contact names. Is this a bug or have I missed a setting somewhere? I come from stock ROM which didn't have this problem.

Some simple tips to get the best of your battery life :
Disable auto sync for accounts if not needed
Disable GPS if you don't use it
Disable auto backup of Gmail account
Set brightness level to automatic
Disable motion if you don't use it
Check your apps settings and disable useless background sync
Disable useless animations
