Default SMS Messages in Arabic
Hi

A friend has Galaxy S3 on O2 UK and when he sends text messages in Arabic, the recipient only sees question marks. When I send it to him, he can view it fine. Have tried the following keyboards

Arabic Keyboard - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...mtleWJvYXJkIl0.

Jellybean keyboard (with Arabic) - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...VsbHkuZnJlZSJd

Swiftkey 3 (with Arabic) - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...c3dpZnRrZXkiXQ..

The aforementioned keyboards work fine on my SGS2. Also a friend who has SGS3 on T-Mobile doesnt have this propblem.

Any solutions?

LG Nexus 4: CyanogenMod 10.1
Samsung Galaxy SII: MIUI 2.12.7
LG Optimus 2X: ParanoidAndroid v2.5 - Build 04
HP Touchpad: AOKP Milestone 6

I am guessing you are using MIUI ROM?

This is ROM related, please ask in the MIUI forums for the arabic support installation files

In messages / settings change input mode to automatic.

Erm no. The S3 belongs to a friend who is on stock Rom.
