the way i told u is ONLY for the stock rom, use my tool. option 7

latest version is 10.1

go to my page and download v10 and v10..1
extract both in the same folder
rename the forder READMES to README and the folder verifyMD5filesmain to verifyMD5files

and execute v10.1 and you will be good to go. Just select option 7

I don't know why, but your tool is pretty much completely broken for me.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHECK FOR AND
DOWNLOAD ANY NEW VERSION OF THE

To be honest, and I honestly mean no offense by this, but I'm not interested in using your tool. I sincerely appreciate the work you've done, as I've seen a lot of praise for it. I commend you on your work, though it doesn't suit my needs. Word? I don't have the time, nor the desire to sit in an IRC chat room and troubleshoot something that I'm not wanting to use. I am aware of the skill(?) necessary to flash a ROM through ClockWorkMod, and that is how I prefer to do it.

Back on topic...

So...How about a link to that stock HC ROM, pretty please?

...well let me explain WHY I'm saying use my tool. I am the only one replying to this thread because the original creator is busy or no longer around. My tool has a split copy of the rom and it merges all the pieces together after downloading.

I will "try" to upload a full hc (stock) rom tonight to my goo account so check back here tommorow and I will post a link to it.

How are you flashing it?

You need to flash it like this:

0. copy the rom.zip to the folder of where fastboot is (my tools programfiles folder)
1. Go to fastboot ( on the device)
2. (if you have my tool go to the programfiles folder and right click while holding shift and select open command window here) If you dont have my tool you need fastboot.exe=find it
3. Type Fastboot oem rebootRUU
4. Once the system reboots to a black htc screen type: fastboot flash zip rom.zip
5. Once it is done and the green line is all the way across then type: fastboot reboot
6. the system will reboot and you will be good to go.

Depends on where you are for the server. I am downloading at speeds up to 3.4mB/s. If you cant download it by tonight tell me and ill host it somewhere else just for you. And ill send you the link.

I personally would like to flash it without the need for a PC connection, though this will do.

Thanks for your help. This worked for me, but flashed over my updated recovery. All of my most important restore images are on my now-inaccessible-through-ClockWorkMod internal storage. Is there a simple flashable-through-recovery .zip?

just go ahead and flash the other recovery and ull be good. This is the only version I have

    Disclaimer: Flash this ROM at your own risk. I am not responsible for what you do on your device. I left this stock to provide a base for anybody that wants to use it. Mod this rom how you want. Just please remember to give credit where credit is due.



    This is a pure stock rom. I removed nothing. I only added system level tweaks. I.E. busybox, root, init.d support, and so forth. No apps were added or removed. Just something for people that like a stock looking rom with little to no changes.


    Instructions:

    Copy to SD.
    Flash in recovery.
