Hi guys, today I connected my phone to the computer to transfer some files but it didn't recognized it, so I tried to use ptp protocol, but nothing changed, so I disabled this, and the battery went from ~20% to 0%.
Then, just a bit ago, it happened again, but I didn't connect the phone to the PC, but the battery died again..
What the hell?

check if usb debugging is enabled.
Disable it and then try.

It's known bug. Motorola says it's related to the management of a sensor. They are working on the fix. It happens randomly and to some people like you it happens when connected to the pc. Don't worry its being worked on!

Hi guys,

It seems it is not rare issue. I saw a lot of people complained about it (including me).

Standalone charger is recommended in this case.

Btw. Where did you find announcement from Motorola about the fix?
