Earphone jam?

Hi.
Recently my new earphones have been okay, but suddenly my right earphone has suddenly turned soft. It happened halfway through a song. Do you think it 's possible for a jam to be the problem and if so what should I do to clear the jam?

Do they perfectly work with X8 or they are like apple headphones??

I think so I mean I've been using it for 3 months already and there was no problem until now

Do the original headphones which came with the phone work properly??
If not something maybe wrong with your phone.

you may have blown the speakers in the earphones themselves. Do you play music quite loud?

It's really easy to check where the problem lies..

1: Try the headphones in another device and
2: Try other headphones in your phone..

You'll then see if the problem is the phone, the headphones or both..
