[Q] Fastboot not working (not turning on) due to OS failure

Hi, after rooting my KindleHDX, I attempted to access the google playstore. After installing safestrap, and creating a ROM, I "accidently" rebooted without installing an OS. My kindle won't turn on, and I'm stumped on what to do. I really hope it's not bricked, so I'd sincerely appreciate the help. Thanks

As far as I know you need a factory cable to boot into fastboot.
From there you can restore the Stock firmware

Yea but fastboot is kinda locked down on the hdx if I remember correctly, I believe they disabled the flash command.
