You can always flash the stock/leaked sbf if there are locks for the modified webtop etc

this will be just bug fixes, but may bring up HSUPA. I will flash this only if i get confirmation from the devs that i won't lose sim unlock and that somehow won't get a new firmware/bootloader that can hamper my ability to flash back to stock.

truth is, my phone is working ok from the most part.

everyone please subscribe! There are only 1000 testers, and as much testers than can be from this forum we will have a bigger voice on updates

Mark made an interesting comment
"The Bootloader is not unlocked with the update. If that functionality was
enabled it would likely be performed through MOTODEV Software tools."

I wonder if that hints that MOTO may be thinking about opening it up?

I doubt it. I think he was just generally speaking.

Wonder if they'd unlock the boot loader if they got 1000 responses that only complained about the boot loader...

No HSUPA

Mark from the forums also said that HSUPA would not be enabled here, but that a fix would be coming at some point. So sad.
