Applanet works fine for me! I cant say anything about games coz i dont play anything except angry birds when im bored!
Ive downloaded many apps from market like beluga, angry birds, gmail, youtube, etc and they work just fine no FC's or ****! Did you wipe dalvik cache? Try wiping cache? If still doesnt work no option left other than data wipe!
since ive never done the google.apps separately, could someone help me out with instructions, i want to flash this rom. I have androidiani, so im ready to go.

flash GOT 2.2.1 (assume you've done this)
using Androidiani, create nandroid backup of your current mod
do full wipe (data, cache, dalvik)
apply "iceandfire v1.1" update
apply newest "gapps" update
wipe dalvik and cache
apply baseband for your country
reboot and enjoy
looks like gingerbread takes to much ram on milestone this version runs wicked man so fast but if u like games u wont b able to play the heavy ones on any gb rom right now hope u dev's figure it out.i love the old tv screen off animiation and how fast everything loads..anyone having slow performance disable jit and things will b much smother
ok so this all done in one session?> i dont have to reboot after install and force stop the market or anything?
also these are both updates? ...not nandroids?
Hi Arham, I've just seen that kabaldan has posted fixes for GPS and the Compass.
Should we expect an update then, that will include them?
Also, If you can do anything about the Memory management it will be well recieved. Few MB are available for apps to use..

Nevertheless, Gingerbread ROMs seem excellent up to now, and I don't think "Alpha Version" is required any more. Beta at least.

Is it possible to change the display resolution? In Androidiani OR theres an option to change it, does that work with this rom too?
And is there a way to disable compatibility mode like in Froyospareparts=!?

There's 3 ways to do this:
1. Use androidiani to change the dpi (190) is the lowest
2. Edit the prop.build file to customize it (i set mine to 165)
3. DL 'LCD Density' from the market (not always stable)
1 is easiest way if you dont know what you are doing, or dont have RootExplorer installed. option 2 is the best way and you can cutomize with this option.
GPS fix is already included in the rom! I'm already on fixing the memory issue. It'll probably be fixed in the next release!

Can't wait miss ginger already but my games dont run with mem fix im.sure they will...when fixing test splinter cell that game is probably the most advanced android game..so if it works all others will patiently waiting.oh can u port the in call screen from ho no pls

Compass issue remains. Gps fixed. I'll try fixing mem issue. What's in the ho no call screen?

On the in call screen instead of black behind its a very nice design that is green when on call and turns red as call ends nice looking..

Here I go again for the Motorola Milestone community. I present to you UltimateICS for Milestone. Based on CM9 and ICS 4.0.3.
I added some features by cherry-pick and cooking applications separately.
Features:
Android ICS 4.0.3 and CM9 as the base.
Slim, fast and light.
SMS:
Make notifications consistent with Gapps'
Display contact name if available in delivery report notifications.
Clock:
Added a setting to do nothing/snooze/dismiss an alarm by flipping the device.
Browser:
Extended quick controls like tablets on phone.
Contacts:
Update t9 dialer on contact info change.
Phone:
Add end call button to notification curtain.
Added option to:
Landscape while in call.
Acces statusbar while in call.
LightsOut while in call.
*New options are in settings menu of phone.apk. May require a reboot after changes.*
Added option to exit straight to homescreen.
Disable accelerometer sensor while in-call and screen UI is off.
Miscellaneous:
Added ApexLauncher and removed Trebuchet.
Added CM music player.
Replaced sounds with sounds from AOSP and GNexus.
Removed bootanimation for faster boot and more of the free space.
Removed applications/apk's:
live wallpapers.
setup wizard.
genie widget.
quick search widget.
phone portal.
market updater.
etc
Added some tweaks for performance and battery life.
Little bit more of free ram.
Lots of space available for applications.
Many other things which I might have forgotten, please flash and see by yourself.
Notelease flash the gapps provided by me.

Do what kabaldan told you to do eons ago... Contact cyanogenmod group ( www.cyanogenmod.com) telling them you want to help with hebrew support and help then with the text that is not correct. Once cyanogenmod team publish the fixes, all other roms based on cyanogenmod, once they sync with the latest code, will grab this fix. Any other solution than that is just wishful thinking, at best....33Updated to v3.0 with whole lot of changes.

if you post your ROM here on xda, you should provide people with DL-Link and not force them to register on another side - that's my 2 cent on that...
