Same weather problem
baggino I really hated CM9 of munjeni it really freezes much and get heated rapidly.
So I switched Down to this HD Mini sense version.
I have searched on their forum. They have suggested to replace WeatherSyncProvider.apk but hardly found the file compatible with our HD mini. Would you please let me know if you have found any other solution or please share the weatherSyncProvider.apk if you have got the one.

My hd Mini has my girlfriends mon ... With munjenis latest cm 9 With all fixies and it works great... Can Not resolve the Problem ..... No devs work On hd Mini its a nice phone ....

I have tried adding this file under system/framework, system/apps folder, remove all the weather widget from homescreen and restarted the system as suggested in 4PDA.ru. But still no luck. While updating the application it just says
"Sorry, But the connection dropped while your weather information was downloading, Try Downloading again?"
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem. I love weather information in HTC sense but cannot get it.

just install the bliss 3.5 rom weather works for sure also there is dsp manager

sorry! I think your device is still using Windows Mobile
btw for android you can try apps Set Locale and Language from Market

This rom not supporting arabic and actually i don't know how to add arabic to it.
But you can try any android rom >= 4.0 (ICS or jellybeen) they must support arabic.

- Copy HTC_HD_Mini_Sense_3.5_v_1.2.zip on SD
- Unzip LK-Recovery.rar in folder
- Connect device to PC
ATTENTION:AFTER THIS STEPS ALL DATA WILL BE ERASE - Start Install LK.bat
- When Install_LK.bat finished work , start Install_Recovery.bat
- Now reboot in to recovery
- Install build
- Have fun
