I will share my story briefly.... I bought n7102 because i misunderstood that this pone can use in my country but infact it can't... i just insert the sim card twice and never use it at all.. When i try to search more info about this phone, I found that many people have same problems as mine. So i decided to claim my money back (I bought from dept. in beijing) i let my friend bring this phone to that shop and ask for the refund and they refuse to claim it because you bought it for 8 days and the phone is still ok!!! No problem at all. One week later which is today i fly to beijing by myself to solve this problem.. When I go the shop, I said I really have proble about using my phone in my country which is cannot operate 850mhz and I need full amount of refund. As I thought they refused it and they suggest me to go to samsung branch. When i arrived samsung branch I told them the story but they can understand just a little bit and gave me some document to refund money from dept. When i go back to dept. seller called to their manager and refuse to claim money for me because i bought it more than 7 days!!!!!!!!! And offer me to change new phone or iphone5 but..... I just want my money back.
I told my story more than 10 times today (cause everytime they will call to china unicom and let me tell the story at the beginiing but no one can help me just to tell me how to use your phone!!!!)
I spent more than 8 hrs. To get nothing and now i got only one document which is useless and they kept my phone at samsung branch already. they forced me to change the new phone within today and they said that's all they can do!!! (but i refuse)
When i said i got info from the internet that samsung accept his fault advertising they said they don't beleive info from internet at all
Sorry for my confusing language... I just back to the hotel and i have to fly back to my country tomorrow early morning.
Can anyone suggest what shall i do next.
