So sorry,my phone out of battery when trying to install the Rom yesterday Yes i stuck at HTC Logo sire. I just formatted my internal SD,reflash the Rom with lasted CWM,but still the same. I swear that i did flash boot.img and erase boot cache,my download was completed,MD5 okay. Before that,i came from Renovate final 4. This morning i came from NIK REBIRTH 1.7,still stuck at HTC Logo. But my feeling was,with a zip 840MB,the install process complete too fast

Then I think you have chosen the wrong option. Did you select Install Rom in Aroma?

Then please do the following if you haven't already:

- go to fastboot and flash the boot.img via fastboot flash boot boot.img
- type fastboot erase cache
- go into recovery
- select full wipe
- flash The 11.0 Rom and choose Install Rom NOT change icons
- remember all choices you made in recovery
- in the second last step in Aroma you are asked if you want to save a log, please do so
- in the last step take reboot and wait at least 10 min to boot

If it still doesn't work please give me the log
