(koodo) Galaxy S2X Stuck on the Recovery Screen?!?!?! Please HELP!

MY galaxy s2 is stuck on the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recover mode in Kies & try again" Screen. If i try to go to the recovery manager, this screen pops up. when i go to the download firmware screen and press volume up, it goes to the damn screen! Its basically un usuable. I think its because i loaded a t mobile kernel onto it Can anyone please help me!!! or did i f*ck up my new phone? :'(
