Any kitkat ROM for nexus have this feature.
Basically when you call another person, and if that person is already on a call where it says dialing in the dialer app it would say call waiting, basically informing you that the person your calling is already on a call and you are waiting.
I know this feature was available in various other ROMs in jellybean but I carnt remember if I saw it in a kitkat ROM, but on saying that Sony xperia and some Samsung phones on 4.4.2 do have this feature and the old school Nokia phones aswel.
