bored, the one thing I'd kill for is to change the vibrate feedbacks on yhe capacitive buttons.. i can never tell I'm pushing them and end up backing too far out of an app all the time because I don't think it hit it.... I'd put up with all the random reboots ans glitches even more if it had that lol... To which I'm getting like two or so reboots every single day at this point..

+1 No reboots here other than one time I opened a Craigslist app and it rebooted.. Couldn't get it to duplicate it again though. Guys this is by far my favorite Rom of all time so far on this Rezound. Its going to have to be something really great to get me off of it.. Love the Real Theme and just how everything works. Wish it would transition from landscape to portrait faster... However I'm used to it.. Its similar to the GNex when I first got it.. I sincerely hope Bored doesn't quit working on this Rom..

lol idk how you guys aren't getting reboots.. People in a lot of sense 4 and new firmware stuff get random reboots all ghe time. Sometimes happens after I get a text for no reason.

I get random reboots as well after texts or after opening an app I've had this happen on every sense 4 ROM I've tried

The only time I've had reboots was streaming google music and pretty heavy multi tasking. It's not every time though, infrequent enough to not really be an issue

Edit: I should add that I don't mess with app restores whatsoever on sense 4 ROMs, always fresh install.

lol i work on peoples computers... 9 out of 10 are either hp or compaq.... i had my IBM R61 for 5 years with very few issues and as much as i used it ... it was well past due replacement

I also work on computers for extra side cash and I noticed the same about HP and Compaq. In the last two years most of them have either a burnt/shorted out motherboard or CPU. I think this all started being a problem when Dual and Quad core's stated coming out. The extra heat and tight compartments with cheap cooling solutions is the problem. At least I think that may be some of the problem.

They are working for the period the were designed to. 2-3 years buy a new one. Disposable crap.

I definitely agree on this. I never can tell when I'm pressing the buttons, I've never used them without vibration, even on the inc, so it's weird. But I'm not getting any reboots, but then again I've been more preoccupied with my flyer at the moment lol

    ROM Installation:

    1.
Unlock via HTCDev or have a factory S-Off device.
    2.
Install a custom recovery. It is reported that CWM is having periodic issues with certain code formats in the update-script. With that being said, I highly recommend using Amon RA Style Recovery with this ROM.
    3.
    • Download RezROM from the link below. If you are S-ON, download RezROM_S4_S-ON_Kernel_Installer.zip as well.

    • CHECK THE MD5 AFTER PLACING ON YOUR SDCARD. Windows user can download md5 checksum shell extension.

    • Reboot your device into recovery mode.

    • I recommend a wipe for this installation. A lot has changed.

    • Install the ROM in recovery. S-OFF users simply reboot. S-ON USERS DO NOT REBOOT. Now flash S4 Kernel Installer zip which will reboot your to bootloader to finish the process.

    • Enjoy and consider buying me a cup of coffee :)

    How to upgrade your firmware:

    1. Download the 3.11.605.22 Leaked RUU: LINK MD5 = 58b0f42defc689650ddd5128f195dc7d
    2. Rename the RUU to "PH98IMG.zip"
    3. Copy the renamed RUU to the root of your external SD Card.
    4. Re-lock the bootloader.
    • Open a DOS prompt and change directory to the folder where you have fastboot.exe

    • Reboot to bootloader

    • Type "fastboot oem lock" (No Quotes) while you are in bootloader (fastboot usb).
    5. Reboot to bootloader again via recovery menu.
    • The bootloader will begin to scan the PH98IMG.zip - This will take awhile

    • When it asks if you want to update press volume up for yes.

    • The update will make the first pass - This will take awhile as well

    • The phone will reboot and sit on the white HTC screen - DO NOT freak out once again "this will take awhile"

    • When it is done it will reboot back to fastboot mode.

    • Make sure "Bootloader" is highlighted and then press the power button to run the second pass of the install - once again "this will take awhile :)" - watch the screen to verify ok next to each partition

    • Once complete press the power button to reboot.

    • Your device will now begin booting on the newly installed Leaked RUU
    6. Once booted skip everything in setup
    7. Proceed to http://htcdev.com/ to unlock the bootloader - Unlock keys do expire so you may need to request a new key.
    8. Install the custom recovery of your choice.
    9. Flash RezROM as instructed above.
    Reset your MainVer
