Unhappy Can't flash Jelly Bean

Galaxy Nexus S i9023
Current version - 4.0.4 (Stock)
Rooted
CWM installed

I have tried both OTA and flashable 4.1 from CWM. it said E: failed to verify whole-file signature E: signature verification failed

Please help me.... i havn't been tasted Jelly bean yet

After doing Wipe data & cache - failed / same result
Disable Toggle for signature in CWM ( though i don't know what it is ) - error in flashing .. installation aborted

It looks like the zip file has not been signed, toggle (turn off) signature verification in cwm recovery if you have not already.

If that was not the problem, flash a newer version of cwm recovery. I already had the same problem and solved it by flashing this http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1780495

I don't know what wrong's with my device. I installed latest ADK manager and did the instructions exactly. but in the cmd, it showed devices not found.
