Recommended apps when plugging in headphones

Can someone tell me how to delete the recommended apps that come up on the notification pulldown when plugging in headphones?

I don't get the notification so it's either a setting or some bloatware I removed. An application named 'AutoStarts' can remove the permission from applications individually. AutoStarts is at Fdroid.
