A: No! Stock roms are from Samsung directly, they are ORIGINAL. They don't count as "custom" so the counter will NOT be rised.

Q: Does this ROM will reset my custom binary counter?
A: No, custom binary counter will NOT reset by flashing stock rom, to reset custom binary counter you will need to use patched bootloader.

Will this reset the binary counter if I flash this for example for warranty exchange?

No, you cant reset binary counter flashing stock rom.

Thanks Adam, but would you mind including md5sum's (or sha256sums) for the zips?

(I know that the unzip'd tar has header checksums for each file, but it's just more convenient having the hashes upfront)

If it means anything, I'm getting the same hash values (both MD5/SHA256) on the zip as you.

Quick question i flashed something like this last night with the md5 at the end of the file name. Is this different? Since this has different link for kernel and modem?


Update: Okay I flashed the the stock rom, the kernel, and tried to flash the modem but the modem didnt work. But the rom and kernel went just fine.

DO NOT FLASH THIS MODEM!!!!

The OP needs to be fixed. The baseband listed (P5100DXLD3) is for the Galaxy Tab, not the I747. Samsung-updates.com made an error.

The stock baseband is I747UCLEM.

Modem removed, my bad, you can get modem from full stock package when u download it.

Alright little confused and new on this. I flashed the I747UCALEM_I747ATTALEM_I747UCALEM_HOME.tar.md5 through Odin. Is the modem in there? Or is that a different discussion and I'm fine?

You re fine the separate modem package was bad not the rom/kernel

is there a way to extract the stock Google Talk APK? i messed mine up trying to install the rootz wiki inverted Gtalk and foolishly didn't backup the original APK.
