Xperia SP on stock 4.3 ROM. Bootloader is locked and the phone is not rooted.

Issue started a few days ago, whenever the screen goes off while the WIFI is on the phone reboots. Once it reboots, if I don't switch WIFI off the phone keeps rebooting and warms up. While the screen is on, the phone works great, no issues at all. When the screen goes off, it reboots.

What I've tried so far:

Boot into safe mode, same issue
Repair with SUS, same issue
Downgrade to stock 4.1, same issue
Upgrade to different stock 4.3, same issue

Is anyone else seeing this? Any ideas for a workaround?

Thx

I can only suggest go to a repair centre and ask for a refund or fix. This sounds like a hardware issue and you've tried like all the possible solutions there is nothing more you can do.

You can try any custom ROM.. But I dunno if that helps.

Yes, you are probably right.
I noticed today that it reboots while charging too, with or withouth WiFi on, so it looks like a hardware issue.
Thanks
