Hello, I experienced the same problem today. I selected the restart option and when it was booting up, it rebooted around 5 times until it finally stopped. I do not know what caused it.
I have the stock Rom with the latest OTA updates as of today. I have not rooted it, summarizing I have not messed with the OS.
Just out of the blue, the browser(s) stopped loading certain pages and the XDA HD app stopped loading the forums / threads. I decided to restart the note and as I described above it rebooted 5 times. I did it again (restart) and the same. Something happened besides along this new reboots every time I tried to turn it off and then on.
For whatever strange reason the browsers could not open certain pages giving me "reloop" errors. The wikidroid app stopped downloading images and so on....
Before updating to this note I had for two weeks a Sony Xperia Tablet Z and one day out of the blue the browsers exhibited the same errors. (not the rebooting problems though with this Samsung Note)
The only thing I had in common between both devices was the micro SD card, it is the same, therefore I removed it and rebooted the Note. It rebooted 2 times after removing the sd card (was it a fluke? I do not know).
Upset and desperate (after spending $$$$$$ on this tablet) I hit the factory reset button. Yeah, I lost all the installed apps and so on.
Now it has been working fine. (4 hours) I will report back. I will use a different SD card I had ordered previously.
I was told in another forum before to check my router in regards to the browsers not being able to load certain pages. But I tried with other wifi as well as with my phone (sharing the 4G network) and things were the same.
I have looked for answers but.....nothing
