Great Rom, no battery issues after setup of Setcpu and Juice Defender. This Rom gives me more space left than CM7.0.3, so great for me, thanks!

This ROM works, but I end up with stability issues, e.g.

The Sense/Rosie launcher would run quickly for about 10th seconds, then would become incredibly slow for about 5 seconds.

Applications such as Twitter and Facebook took a while to exit when pressing the home screen button (maybe 5 seconds).

The Sense 3.0 lock screen would be extremely slow when pulling the circle into the unlock area.

I used CWM 3.0 (fake flash) on my Legend H-BOOT 1.0 S-ON. Does anybody else experience this? I was also overclocked to 768MHz, and tried even 800, but there was little difference.

Try to run adb shell logcat and watch it during the lag, and see what the phone is doing. I have no lag.. Or lag is present when there are lots of stuff in the background like updating 5 applications, but that is on all the phones.

I have reverted back to Blay0's ROM, but I will do a logcat when beta 3 is released. Hopefully this may have fixed the stability issues.

new test rom

Hi, all.

I have prepared a brand new beta2-test2 rom with a complete different kernel compiled by Nbetcher (in the Espresso thread).

Try to flash this rom and give me some feedback on:
1. Bootloops
2. Sudden reboots
3. WiFi connectivity
4. Camera preview

Don't forget to do nandroid and complete wipe of /data,/cache,/sd-ext and .android_secire before installing it.

(sorry, mediafire don't work at the moment...)

I have just flashed the ROM now. Here are my results:
1. No bootloops
2. No sudden re-boots.
3. Wi-Fi is working.
4. Camera Preview does not work. I just end up with a white screen of where the picture should be displayed. I can, however, view the picture in Gallery.

This is using my HTC Legend, S-ON, H-BOOT 1.000

Common people. I need someone with bootloops on previews beta2 to give me some feedback. :)

:) How about if there's no bootloop !!!
And wi-fi is online (at least till now )
Just a couple of restarts when I tried to manage setting of camera , but after reflashing the ROM there weren't any restart :) . Not that I saw the effects of the setting I made but anyway
No bootloops , no restarts , no preview of camera and quiet stable wifi
Will keep on testing tomorrow

Do you mean the camera preview is broken again?

1. No bootloops
2. It doesn't reboot when playing with wifi/data settings as before
3. Wifi is now connecting to TKIP only networks
4. No camera preview
5. It doesn't lose data connectivity as before
6. It seems GPS isin't working. No sats are being detected. At least in my case.
7. Kernels supports AP2SD, at least thats what my internal storage says.
8. Kernel doesn't support OC (just for the record)

Oh, and Sense 3.0 lockscreen is ugly as hell :p (my subtle opinion)

By the sounds of it this ROM will be ready for full-time use as soon as the camera preview is fixed :)

And a2sd for some people including myself, though this new kernel may support it?

I'm tempted to give this a go tomorrow even though I don't really have time!
