Let's get netflix working confirmation and we'll be done with testing.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get Netflix to work. After a few seconds, video playback freezes while audio stays intact. Once I exited and re-opened Netflix, I received the following error when trying to play a video: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/13689

I couldn't get YouTube to work either, but a kick ass ROM otherwise. Will play videos you just made, but not a video in storage. Videos won't play in browsers either. For me, anyway.

not sure about netflix as i dont have it but i can assure you that youtube and xfinity play both work just fine. I have not had any issues with either apps regardless of build. A couple of tips that you can easily try. if using wifi, try rebooting router to clean the ram out of the router. if using data, it could be your just in a bad spot. I believe rom default uses metro, you can try changing it to tmobile or tmobile lte (yes i know i phones are not lte compatible but least in my area i get the best results with it). You can also run speedtest app to and watch to see if it connection cuts in and out by watching the actual test as it is running not the the final result. depending on your connection you should NOT see the speed drop or it may drop very slightly. E.G doing download test on mine (wifi) i hit 6..5MB result score but fluctuates between 6.1 to 6.5. this is normal. but say same result but fluctuation is 5.3 to 6.5. then there is an issue somewhere. Most times its the router needs rebooted or even maybe the modem if all devices (except lan if its just the router issue) are having issues. FYI for data i get between 1.0-1.5MB/s.
Don't trip, Trip, YouTube always worked for me too. So you're saying YouTube, Vine, etc. work for you on the test build? I checked out all that stuff and more last night. I installed the test ROM twice, everything great except I get no video with the apps in question, hoping one of the two others who tested can confirm or deny.
Playback issues is something I've done. Been compiling kernel with 4.9.1 toolchain and began noticing audio popping with headphones. I'll lower version and try again. 406 might be too much as well.
that is correct using the 406build and love it the most. otherwise least what i can test its pretty rock solid.

same so far imo its the best rom i've used after applying my own usual tweaks and settings.

Install Instructions
- First time flashing DCM to your Galaxy Exhibit (or coming from another ROM)?
- Boot into existing recovery and create a Nandroid Backup!
- Install at least ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0.4.4 or TWRP 2.6.3.0
- Reboot recovery into at least ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0.4.4 or TWRP 2.6.3.0
- CWM: WIPE dalvik-cache, format: data, system, and cache. TWRP: WIPE dalvik-cache, data, system, and cache.
- ** Optionally back-up sdcard0 before install and format it in recovery if experiencing install issues **
- Install the ROM (without gapps)
- Reboot system
- After system boots, boot back into recovery and install KK Google Apps.
- Wipe dalvik-cache and cache. Reboot.
- Boot into existing recovery and create a Nandroid Backup!
- CWM: WIPE dalvik-cache and format cache. TWRP: WIPE dalvik-cache and cache.
- Install the ROM
- Reboot
Do not use ART with latest
Do not enable KSM
Netflix isn't working with latest
