Exclamation INFO A500 will not install update to ICS 4.010.41

SOLVED - ?? can't edit title??

I have had no luck getting my Acer A500 Iconia Tablet to take any installs to date, had it for over a year. I'm still on the version it came with.

Android Version 3.0.1
Kernel Version 2.6.36.3
Build Number Acer_A500_1.139.05_COM_GEN1

I just spoke with Acer support and thought I would post what they told me to do. My update is downloading again, hopefully it works, if not, they told me to call back for further troubleshooting, but was informed 9 times out of 10 this fixes it for users that call in...so hopefully that's the case for me...and you if you're in the same boat as me!

Menus:
Settings
Applications
Manage Applications

Select All
Select systemupdater
Click Clear data

Ensure bluetooth is on

Settings
About tablet
System Update
Click check now and download update

.....that's where I'm at...wish me luck!

Well, good luck! I can't imagine how it'd feel to jump from 3.0 to ICS... you're gonna be amazed.
I'm on Twitter. I never say anything important. @sRDennyCrane
