Dead after update

My HTC Mozart has died following a failed official update. First I had bootloops now it is just dead. Is there anyway to unbrick it

Try use Windows Phone Support Tools, or give the phone to guarantee

Can you not get the device into boot loader?


Just in case...

Power Off the device
Press and hold the volume down button and switch the phone on

Good news tshop are fixing it under warranty. Apparently lots of problems with the OTA update

I am just a Mozart owner, and the update just messed up my phone. now it won't start up. remains on the white screen after power on and beeps around 3-4 times. i had to remove the battery to turn it off.

does anybody know some place safe and secure where i can send my htc mozart for repair, the boot or a complete flash? I am way here in Central america, and my phone is unbranded and i think it came from the asian market.
