New Kindle HDX 8.9 user here...I am loving this tablet but I don't know why my Amazon instant videos(streaming) are being removed from home screen carousel randomly. I thought recent apps are supposed to stay there forever unless you force close? I talked to Amazon rep and I was told that this is normal...It's annoying because when I had my HDX 7, it was very convenient to launch my recent Amazon instant shows or movies from carousel. I tried factory reset and re-registering the kindle but nothing helped. Any thoughts?? Thanks.
