[ROM]PrimeHD v3 (final)

Hi,
I'm very happy with this rom and so is my girlfriend, the only issue is the hardware keyboard:
although I tried to change it to azerty (French) in different ways :
- with mini rom manager,
- then edited /system/usr/keyboard-config/keyprint.xml with azerty,
- flashed the squashinputmethod.zip,
(after reading this whole thread + few others @ xda)
none of these solved the issue: the HW keyboard desperately remain querty!
Could anyone help please?

    Requirment
    1. Latest baseband
    2. Unlocked bootloader
    3. CWM Recovery
    4. Latest nAa kernel


    Installation
    1. Download ROM, Google Apps, nAa kernel.
    2. Flash kernel using flashtool.
    3. Boot into CWM.
    4. Flash the ROM
    5. First boot will take a liitle more time
    6. Enjoy
