Download this, and copy it to your backup folder. Then copy your backup to the backup folder on your One, and try to restore the backup.

1. Wipe the SD card (save items first if you have them)
2. Reboot and install ROM manager.
3. Connect to computer and move the file to the /clockworkmod/backup folder (I did rename it to nandroid and made a new nandroid.md5 file)
4. Opened ROM manager and went to restore and choose "nandroid"
5. Re-installed successfully and OTA was working!

Check for the firmware version in the phones settings and choose accordingly.

Hey Craig. I (and others like guunnyman) really appreciate your efforts to keep Bugsy's website up and running while he is ill. Since you are a close friend of his I am sure it is frustrating seeing people just want their RUU's and not care at all about the efforts of the person behind all it. Even in the last few pages where you have been giving updates about Bugsy's health and everything, people are still asking questions about RUU's, when the website and OP will be updated etc. Its saddening that only a few care. However I think Bugsy made the website for everyone (complete strangers who have never and will never do him any favours). He just enjoys making people happy. And that to me is heartwarming. Bugsy, get well soon.

I know that you obviously care a lot about bugsy. I assure you that there are many more people that also care in the same way. But bugsy' thread is about a collection of downloads and I'm sure he is happy knowing that it's still an active thread.
No need to make yourself sick, just stop reading it.

Good on you bugsy, sorry to hear things are down at the moment but pull through man there is always a reason for everything even if we don't understand it at the time. We are all waiting for you to come back on xda.

and people quoting his OP and asking for a specific Nandroid or RUU , which he has NO POSSIBLE way of providing is OK?
Bugsy was collecting these in the first place. He has no super secret access to an RUU that doesn't exist.

The OMG I NEED THIS GIMME mentality of XDA in general is disgusting.
