1)Upgrade to 2.7.0.0. Download Flashify from Play store and flash the latest available TWRP
2) Practically any ROM is compatible with a new TWRP. There's NO ADVANTAGE of an old TWRP

Because I have no os to run and my phone isnt detected by my phone

PS: you don't update recovery through OS, you do it through fastboot / bootloader
