I am slowly learning new customizations skills for my android phone, but recently came upon a roadblock. Is the a method or app which would allow me to display a completely different home screen in portrait and landscape modes? I currently have the Galaxy Note 3 and am running Nova Launcher. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Any help is much appreciated.

I haven't personally tested but they claim http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2488059 that ssLauncher https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ss.launcher&hl=en would have this option.
