Has any of you guys ever thought of saying THANKS because CM9 is Badass? I like CM9 because it's special cuz it's snappy and we have the best support and it has unique features..
Thanks Dan!
Thanks Dan!
Here's the first one that restarts the ril automatically at end of bootanim.

EDIT:
and here's the other:
http://androtransfer.com/get.php?p=faultexception/Experimental/TestKernel-8.zip
I get service automatically on both seven and eight a few minutes after it boots! The problem is that I didn't get any data on either kernel until I kill rild... but perhaps I should have waited longer?
I formatted /system, wiped, and applied 615-RIL and TestKernel-8 at the same time. I get service and data right away on a reboot!
I usually wipe before applying these test kernels, I really am sorry that I didn't for TestKernel-7 and TestKernel-8.
Here's another test kernel:

EDIT:
And another:
http://androtransfer.com/get.php?p=faultexception/Experimental/TestKernel-10.zip
A few notes:
1)I cannot get service with TestKernel-8 after a reboot (I couldn't get data at all).
2)I cannot get service with TestKernel-9 at all.
3)TestKernel-10 seems to be perfect! I get service in less than a minute in a reboot (and I did reboot to make sure). I get data almost as soon as I get service.
No, I don't get service on either one (but reverting to TestKernel-10 fixes that).
Radio logcat for TestKernel-11
Radio logcat for TestKernel-12
edit: I see that for the BBQ Log that the links for the changes takes one to Github. Is there a way to change that so one gets sent to CM's Gerrit instead?
FaultException, great work.
Unfortunately, no GPS here (clean install, wipe, factory defaults). I waited for two minutes
I did on passion, but it was shotty.
The icon does showup after deep sleep

Well, you can go to the commit on GitHub, and look at the Git Notes, which has the review URL in it.
Here's another test kernel:

Fault,
Basically logcats are logs your device makes while its doing the things it does.
Nevermind, it works. I got it once successfully but when I tried again and waited for two minutes it didn't work (after deep sleep, icon showed up but I never got a lock). You still want a logcat? How might I go about posting one (is it an app?)
either use the app alogcats or lumberjack (2 that i have used in the past) to get logcats off your device without a computer...
