If I install ubuntu touch on Nexus 4 and I will connect my Smartphone to Tv. Is this will look like Ubuntu Desktop or not ?

Unfortunately, that's not supported yet. I hope that we'll see it soon but it will probably take some time. 
Even though its base is Android, it is completely different. It's a whole new OS.
I'd suggest to try it in connection with MultiROM as I still need Android for emails etc. Therefore, dual-boot is the best solution for me.
