Ota Stock no root at&t ics apex launcher with scrollable wallpaper. You didn't even try looking through the menus on your phone.

through the years ive been on XDA, this is ought to be the most stupidest thread ever, sorry no offense but this is why we make ROMs for people to try other than preloaded bloated ones, but for scrolling wallpapers?!?! whats with XDA lately, sorry but seriously

Im flagging this thread as this wont be going nowhere but down under
