Err shouldn't brick if you know how to push the framework-res.apk via ADB =/


Update: Just finished the bootanimation as well... need beta testers... Don't have root on my new unit...

Updatev2: Bootanimation.zip it self is about 350mbs big... i don't know why.... idk if it will even work...

Updatev3: Optimized bootanimation.zip but it still huge for a bootanimation.zip... about 100mbs now.

Very cool boot animation. I suspect the size is due to the fact it contains a lot of "information"-heavy animation with lots of fps + colors + shadows + complex images of photo quality versus a boring line art boot animation with 3 colors & low fps.

Did you try it yet yourself? I don't see why it would work even if big file size. Where is it not posted?

yeah, its still in WIP atm, need beta testers before release...
Also, i updated my new unit as soon as i got it (after the painful 8hour charge) and i didn't think it would go to the latest version on the first update... so i don't have root atm.

I will look at your boot animation, unzip it & if it feels right ill try it.

Seen nothing about the circle battery mod? Not sure what that is?

For me only quick settings mod I "want" is GPS switch back :

i would be interested in being your Guinea pig. what kinds of changes u make with the theme? also since we dont have cwm what do we do, just push with adb?

Yes you have to push em via ADB, i cant post screenies since i don't have root atm on my new unit. But i changed the panels a lil bit... better imo. I'll Pm you the link.

Also Suggestions would be nice.

Tuesday you say? =) I might be able to update V1. 0to v2.0 With quick setting panel icons/page indicators by then and maybe Google search mod/notification icons (cant find where these are stored) as well =p No promises though...

Thanks to our wonder boy (Viper) and saurik, im now rooted. Heres a lil preview of the update quick settings panel... couldn't do the icons and stuff yet. And i'm off to work guys... ill try to theme some of it tomorrow or tonight.

    Also i've made a custom boot animation Thanks to l33tlinuxh4x0r and the previous author for the boot animation. I've incorporated it into my boot animation as part0 and mines as part1.
    Heres a preview of bootanimation v4
    Also i dont know why the first time running through my boot animation lags.. after that its all smooth.. awh wells.

    Will decide whether to update this trmw or on saturday and maybe not even at all and ask an admin to delete this thread as most of the ungrateful people on here feel like they're entitled that i theme this and that for them.

    Here's a lil more insight, when comparing the downloads to thanks the ratio is way different. But that was not a discouragement, chosing the path of a themer instead of a dev for roms or kernels. Its what expected, unless you're as big as someone like Master Vertumus. But as a themer, we work on the front lines visually improving the user interface and user experience which is breath taking. The discouragement comes when someone posts why doesn't it work on a newer released rom? Oh please support this and that, making the themer feel insignificant & pressured. Theming an app can take hours and hours of work. I mean i don't get paid for this, i choose to spend my free time theming trying to enhance your experience and what do i get? I'll let you make that call.

    I think its cause you were using a live wallpaper, it changed for me because i used picspeed lol anyways glad it worked for you =)
