Can someone with a US Developer Edition HTC One upload their UDove.apk file for 4.06.1540.3? /system/app/UDove.apk. I deleted it because I didn't want Tell HTC enabled with s-off but now that the OTA to 4.4.2 is out I cannot install this without UDove.apk back in place. I didn't realize this and after I verified my device worked, I deleted the backup apk.
