[Q] Mic Problem

Hi!
After update to 4.4.2 caller can't hear my voice at HTC one .
What can I do ?((
witht loudspeaker - it's ok! but with normal mode - caller can't hear voice.
I read somewhere you can take the bristles of a toothbrush or something and move it around slowly in the mic hole. Apparently is should remove any first there. Don't push hard though, be very gentle. People have reported it as working.
