+2 on the quick settings. Quick settings isnt quick settings without this feature.

Targeting later this evening for 1.3. It'll be a minor update with memory and multitasking tweaks to hopefully take care of the few odd app issues, plus the (real this time) facebook pic fix and a new VOLTAGE entry in the post boot where you can easily try NORMAL, OVER, and UNDER for the voltage to see which one gets you the highest clock speed.

Are you using the stock texting app? If so, I've had this issue since before I rooted. Interesting that it just happened to you now.

Any consideration to go straight to quicksettings when we don't have any notifications present? Great feature that I'd love to see.
I think a better solution would be: if you pull down the status bar from the RIGHT half of the bar, quick settings is open. If you pull the bar down LEFT of center, the notifications open. Whether or not I can make that happen, I dunno. Just sayin': I think that'd be the better solution.

I'm not so sure that's a good idea. In UI's, things should be consistent and I don't really like that sometimes when you pull down, the notifications tab is open while other times, the quick settings open. There are other kinks too. What if you're pulling it down simply to get to the "Settings" button in the upper right? What if you have persistent notifications (like weather alerts or weather temperatures)? I think it's just not consistent enough to run it that way.

I do the same. Yes, it's a pain. But I haven't had any of the problems I've seen reported here.I don't have any lag. I also set the script to battery. I have got to say excellent rom. Always do full wipe though even when flash the same rom but different version, say from 1.1 to 1.2
