Im on zipsnet - v4.03 and I had to switch it up a little bit. I also have the black screen initially in camera until I take first pic. And for some reason Im having trouble sending mms. I know i should probably just do a search but is there a fix available for this : I go to google play and i get the download error.

Hey guys dont know if you have already enabled this, but I had the same problem where I had a black screen when I opened the camera app. Once you open the camera app, tap settings, then tap the button on the far left that looks like 3 boxes, and then when the options come up, set "force preview" to on. That fixed it for me.

Also, this rom has been perfect for me. No FC's, no reboots, etc. I havent made many calls on it, so hopefully it stays stable the more I use it. Thanks again zips!

Now I see it, now that I'm running the rom stock, I was running a theme and didn't see that option, thanks...one more question lol....how do I keep the physical buttons from staying lit up...its annoying

Like turn them off completely?
settings>display>custom backlight settings
Then check the use custom box under light levels. Press edit other labels and you'll see the column for buttons. I changed all of mine to zero in that column so that they don't turn on at all.

When you take a screenshot the pic will be saved in .png format. Is there a way to change it so the screenshots are saved in .jpg format?

Hello there, forgive me for asking such a question, but... where is the notification power widget on 4.03 rom? I miss it! (And no, I dont mean the toggles)
I miss having the ability to turn the phones screen off or switch track on my music player at the flick of a button

I don't think so. I know there is on the ICS ROM for my tab though

It's not on here. I just realized they were missing too but I never liked them to begin with.

Oh... any alternatives that can be installed from Market or anywhere. This was really handy in a lot of circumstances.

Aren't the toggles good though? Same function. I agree, I like power widget but can't complain, still got toggles

Have you tried Button Savior in the P-store allows different options with buttons, also maybe using zips soft keys setting up different combos.

I'm having a problem when using Google navigation. It works fine until I turn my screen off then it loses the GPS signal. Anybody know what could be the problem?

Read the OP and click the link to post the bug. If you have a logcat, post it with the bug. I haven't seen that, but I haven't really used the GPS features on my phone yet (needing to get a car mount kit)

Si since it is then we're do for a update

just kiddin. can truly say it took about 3 days for this Rom to settle in but it's working pretty good. a few hiccups but daily use is overall great. Thanks Zipp and all the other who helped with this. Looking forward to the next update.

I think this ROM hates it when I take the phone to the store. It freezes when I'm out and about and when I'm at home it works perfectly.
