What did you flash?? lol, tw isnt flashable, and contacts still working.

You need to root your phone, and in root explorer theres a button up right [Mount R/W] click it and it will be read-write and you can delete the original, but you need to root your phone to make it work.

Need to be placed at system/app so no a2sd

And not for explorer neither I think, you need touchwiz framework
