After unrooting the tablet with the chinese tool the problem is still there. A factory reset didn't help.
Trying to install the factory Image from the HP download area shows the same error.
So what can i do? Please help me.

Had the exact same issue and managed to fix it myself, here are steps.
A) head over to your pc iinto hp support tablets downloads and get the update.zip
B) copy that to your sd card
C) go to your tablet and do a full factory reset (at this point you will lose all your apps and settings) so do a backup if you mind.
D) shut down your device and insert your sd card.
E) start your device by holding power and up volume until you see the hp
F) now you should be in recovery, use volume keys to go to sd update
G) select your update zip and let it
H) after reboot you should be back to 1.5.08
I) check for updates, should work
