That really sucks. Bet you won't make that mistake again, lol, as it should always be done before flashing anything.
I haven't received mine yet so I can't help you at this time, but even then, if someone else would do it it would be a nandroid and would still contain all of their personal info so I don't know how much luck you'll have. A nandroid could probably be created after doing a factory data reset.
Which carrier and what custom recovery did you use?

It's still asking for permission. I know that with drive there's an option to make it a public link under the share options.

This is a twrp backup of stock 4.4.2, put the whole folder from the zip on your internal storage and restore.
