Hey guys! I deleted the whole of internal storage, I didn't know that it would erase the whole os :p
This is all the information about my phone,
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.21.3263.04
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF

(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0712000
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4323mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-21fde4b846
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!

I have got the TWRP recovery working but when I try to side load a zip it always says it is corrupted and when I try to flash a ruu,zip it gives me this error : FAILED (remote: 24 parsing android-info fail)

What will I do ? I am freaking out !! :p

Depends if you want to install a custom or stock Rom. If adb sideload doesn't work you can adb push a Rom to your phone and flash it from recovery

Sent from my HTC One using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

you cant flash an ruu.zip like that.

you have to run it from fastboot and follow the instructions here at the bottom of the page before the comments:

MID must match the zip your are trying to flash and you could do with knowing what your original CID is too.

Thanks for your reply.

The CID and MID of the zip matches with that of my phone, Then too it is showing me this error :

Target reported max download size of 1526722560 bytes
sending 'zip' ...
(bootloader) zip header checking
(bootloader) zip info parsing
FAILED (remote: 24 parsing android-info fail)
finished. total time 17.946s.

What will I do now? I followed the tutorial on that website and still I'm getting the same thing. I even locked the boot loader as said in that tutorial.

Is HBOOT version a problem? I've got the 1.54.0000 version? Is this okay? I mean can I use the RUU.zip with this version of HBOOT?
