look in the general section and the htc ota and ruu collection thread.
Someone already pointed it out to me. Did it just get deleted or something? ._.

Hey, I mean no disrespect, but why were mine (and others') posts removed? We were having a relevant conversation which still is unanswered. Instead of running the full RUU can we simply upgrade hboot with the tool that's available?
That is correct. I went into rebootRUU mode and flashed the .img's seperately from the firmware folder in the decompiled RUU. That's the method that will brick you.
Just simply run the 3.18 RUU and all is well. I'll post the link to the RUU in the OP from HTC's site to end some of these questions...
arghh.. never been in 3.18 land, so I have to ask, after flashing the RUU, will i have the flash the boot.img's in other roms? Or do anything different from before when flashing roms in the future?
To much OT intermingled with questions.... This is a Original Development section for Development! If somebody would like, create a Q&A here http://xdaforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1572 this would be more appropriate.
just a question...why do we have to update to 3.18 RUU just for this ROM with 3.4 kernel? or is this the legit/correct method to do so for every ROM from now on?

H8 is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.
