Look in Settings > About Phone. I believe if the baseband says "AWS" at the end of it, e.g. GAUSB1A140614-AWS, you have an AWS Streak.

1What I didn't state outright in my above post is that about half the time, T-Mobile's 2G network is absolutely as fast, and occasionally FASTER than aTnT's "3G" network.... Google it, and you'll see that a lot of other people have also experienced this.....
In other words, me4tux, don't return your Streak because the perception is it'll be too slow on T-Mobile.... Sometimes, it may be.... but not the vast majority of the time
