Try Xposed Installer !!!
Hey Bro,
There are many other ways for customizing Xperia C and one of them is Xposed Installer. I have it running on my phone, you can do a lot of customizations.

Make sure your phone is rooted properly !!! Once you install Xposed Installed you can installer a lot a modules from the download section of Xposed Installer.

Rom Toolbox Pro works just fine on our devices, there might be some features which aren't working but most of them does work indeed. I use this app daily and haven't encountered a single issue so far.
