I've been browsing several forums on the web and I've noticed a strange trend. People who have been there for the longest always complain about the lack of activity when compared to the past....but completely ignore new members. Thus, pushing them away and the "noons" eventually stop posting.
It's funny because they start complaining again and begging for the old members to post again. This holds true for a lot of forums out there. Why is that? Any other strange human behavior you want to share?
